10 Most Anticipated Summer Movies of 2014

This year has already been a great one for movie fans with blockbuster releases like 300: Rise of an Empire, Robocop, and TV’s favorite Veronica Mars. Divergent and Captain America: The Winter Soldier are anticipated favorites that are set to release this spring. But with March almost over, Summer 2014 is fast approaching, which means some great flicks are in the line up. The Amazing Spider-Man 2

WHY: The Green Goblin, the Rhino, and Electro are in this one. The chemistry between, real-life and on-screen couple, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone is too cute to miss. AND it’s the adventures of a classic marvel superhero: Spider-Man, DUH.

WHY: Because it is based on the original Godzilla movies which has immortalized Godzilla as one of the most bad-ass creatures in the history of cinema. And also because the trailer looks epic! A Godzilla remake? How can anyone miss this?

WHY: Because you laughed so hard watching the first one. Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill are hilarious together. AND… well… Channing Tatum is in it.

WHY: Because this is the fourth movie from the action-packed Transformers series and this time there is an entirely new cast!


Dawn of the Planet of the Apes

WHY: Because this is the eighth film of the franchise and a war between humans and apes makes for very entertaining cinema.

WHY: Because it is the reboot to the Ninja Turtle film series and the Ninja Turtles are the coolest turtles we know.


Sin City: A Dame to Kill
